This is some of the work I have done for Prince of Whales, a whale watching company here in Vancouver. This was done while working at AMDS.
One of the things I love about web design is taking the original desktop design and rejigging it to fit beautifully on a mobile platform. I originally designed this page to resize very well as this site needed to be readable on such small devices. The module type design fit this really well and being able to minimize the different sections meant that the information didn't have to be loaded or viewed if not wanted.
Redesigning the tour pages was certainly fun! I had to make sure our developer could make different sections that the client could edit as well as making very different information fit in the same areas. The module style really worked well for this as it was easier to code as well as separated information for users to find what they needed at a glance.
This is an award badge that I created for Prince of Whales for their reviews page.
POW was announcing a new ship they were adding to their fleet. The client was so excited about this new addition that they wanted to make a new site to showcase it. My art director designed the site and tasked me with creating several illustrations to explain concepts at a glance.
